# Rewards System

### How Rewards Work

Nodepay tracks participation across the ecosystem and converts it into **points** and **token rewards**.

During each cycle, users can earn by:

* Responding to signals
* Sharing prompts externally
* Creating or suggesting new signals
* Participating in insight campaigns
* Engaging with Pulse and activity streams

These actions generate **Signal Points / Node Points** and contribute to your Score Card, which together determine your potential rewards.

At the end of each cycle:

* Points are aggregated
* Basic checks are applied (minimum activity, verification, fraud detection)
* Eligible users can convert their points into **Nodecoin ($NC)** according to their share of the reward pool.

The converted $NC must be **claimed to their connected wallet,** where it can be held, used, or withdrawn.
